My neighbor damaged my air conditioning

You can not claim your work pay, but take him to small . claims . and if he dont show . they might give him another court date . then maybe the judge will give his ruling in your favor, and he will have to pay you!

You can file against him in small claims court and if he does not show up you would be awarded the judgement. If he does show up you will need to have a copy of the bill and you will also have to prove to the court that he did infact damage the air conditioner,if he signed anything stating he would pay the bill ect. If he has verbally addmitted to doing it and stating that he would pay it then the court sometimes excepts verbal aggrements. If you win in court and he does not pay then you can have his wages garnished or put a lien on his home. I would take him to court.

You will have to take him to court just like the people above said plus prove it but what i would do in the meantime is put a shield around the condenser like a board fense or one of the decorative prefabs at the home store == i am not sure what the bill was just weigh it against what you are going to have to go through to get it ===if acouple hundred you will spend more trying to get it if it cost you a thousand go after him
