Neighbor fence who pays?

Done without my knowledge or any agreement. Would built fence with my own labor, no contractual agreement made with neighbor or fence company. What 's my reasonable cost, since i would build the fence myself, as the fence on the rest of my oroperty.

Well this happened to me once I had a home and the fence between my house and our negbors was one in the same. The negbors ask us to go in half to build a knew one. Legally we did not have to agree,but when we priced the cost of the fence being replaced we decided to go in half cause it was so much cheaper and we thought it was fair. That is how we felt, but I do not believe you are entitled to have to pay unless you are living where it is required you to pay association fees and if that is the case then that could include a knew fence roofs ect.
