New motorcycle sold at auction

I bought a brand new motorcycle for 10000 cash..I didnt get issurance or license for it..I crashed it on the freeway about 8 months later and left it on the side of the road. it was towed within 2 hours..i was slightly injured and broke. I didnt have the money to get it out of the tow yard and said it will be sold in 30 days. I got there the morning of the 30th day with the money..it had a sold sign on my bike. They told me i had to speak to the manager. he will be in about an hour..So i waited came back an hour later...still no manager...so i spoke with him on the phone he said come in after lunch..i came back still no manager...i didnt know what to do ...i went home and later that evening i called the tow yard again...they told me it has been sold...i was pissed
