Notice to appear in court -

What can happen in court when a judgement has been filed against you for a credit card debt in the amount of approximately $3,000 which refused to pay because someone else used the credit card but denies using the card?

They will go on with the proceeding without you, and place a judgement on you for the amount of the debt. If this happens you will have to file a civil suit against the person that used the card until then you are responsible for any debt incurred.
