Paternity test

My girlfriend was married she died before paternity could be established. I am 99 percent sure the child is mine. What are the proceedures and in what order do they need to be in to get this in motion. I am assuming the child is with her husband. the birth certif
shows her as mom and gave the child her maiden name and the father nothing listed. the child has my middle name. she has 3 children 3 dif fathers. Only 1 has no father listed and hes the one I am claiming. What happens and where do i start in a case like this. I ant my son and i want him to know his siblings. Can u help guide me?

Well I was always told that the mother father and the child has to be tested in order for a partently test to be taken. However you can find out by going toyour local Citizens Advice bureau in your state.
