Problem Neighbor and their fence

My neighbor installed a pool and few years ago and put up a 6 ft wrought iron type fence around her entire backyard. The side that faces me is set in about 6 inches from her property line. Every year she has spray weed killer down the fence , only on my side and killed the grass aleast a foot wide all the way down the fence. She comes into our yard when we are not home to do this, we are sure of this since spraying anything that close to the fence from her side would also kill all the plants she has growing. About a year ago she placed old scrape wood on all the posts on our side all the way down. It is very ugly and we can only assume it is to prevent us from hitting the fence with the lawnmower. She also had to come into our yard to put the wood on the iron fence. She did this with zip ties and they are all facing our direction and again to do it from her side she would have to step all over her plantings. What are my rights? Is she tresspassing?
Did she give up that 6 inches of property when she installed that fence?
This is very spiteful since she has not done it to the other two neighbors her fence borders on.

Maybe it is trespassing, but would it be worth it to fight her over it? The police and the courts probably wouldn't look at your case. If I were you I'd put up my own fence, or maybe line that side of the yard with hedges.

I'd advise first to talk to her about it. Be poliet and express your issues. She may not think there is anything wrong with what she is doing unless you tell her.

She may be willing to comply with your wishes or come to some sort of compromise.

If she doesn't compromise or comply I would check with the home owners association on the wood fencing issue. Most Home Owners Associations have specific rules regarding fencing and yards.
