What type of Deed is needed to transfer Title from a Living Trust to the sons of one of the Trustors who is deceased.

My mothers husband passed away and he has as property in San Diego County, CA. that Title is held in a Living Trust that my mother is one of the Trustors/Trustees. She wants to transfer Title to his sons, what type of Deed is used for this?

It depends on what type of property it is, and whether it is the type of trust that needs court approval to change title. Since there are at least 20 different types of inter vivos trusts, and the conditions of those trust are almost infinite, you would need an experienced probate /trust atty to read the conditions of the trust and offer the required procedure.
