Question on Taking care of an old lady and her Will.

Hello

For about 5 years I cared for an elderly lady (next door neighbor) due to the fact that she had no one else to help her. I took her to regular doctor visits, hospital emergency visits, I would help give her medication, and attain her medication (with her money). I have proof that I was her emergency contact. Everything is documented. Now she has recently died and she left everything to her brother who was never there to help or assist her like I was. He just sold the house she left him. Am I entitled to any of the money?

Sorry, if she had a will and has passed and you are not in the family then there is nothing you can do. You can seek a probate lawyer, but my guess is he would say you don't have a case. Sorry.
