I am a salaried employee making $70,000/yr and am working bwtn 90-120+ hours weekly. I am wakened several times during the night by phone calls from the plant. Are there any laws in place to help. I don't care about the money. I am exhausted beyond belief. I feel this is extremely deliberate but refuse to quit without another job in place. I feel like it is or at least should be a hazard in plant with machinery to operate on little or no sleep with no end in sight. Is there any help. Again, I am not looking to be compensated financially...just a little sleep.
