I would first right down all incidents with dates and times including when the harassment happened, when you filed a compliant and with who and who fired you. You need to go to the Human Resources department and ask their advice as well because they can tell you their policy.
Obviously if everything happened the way that they said and you were terminated for filing a sexual harassment case then you have the law on your side.
You have gone through all of the right channels and now you need to contact the EEOC and they will assign an investigator to your case. My best friend is an investigator for the EEOC and they will look into the matter for you - they are great and know what they are doing!
