Should I file for a divorce?

About three months ago my husband wanted tohave sex I was tired and said no he then waited for me to go to sleep and then he used his hand on me it makes me feel like I have been raped again. what should I do?

Well I would try talking to him first. You should tell him how you feel and tell him how what he did was wrong and how it made you feel. You are not property of his just because your married...he cant do things like that... not even legally! There is such a thing as spousal rape. It is not your job or duty to give your boyfriend or husband sex... If you didnt want it, then you didnt want it.

I am not going to tell you to file for a divorce... but I am not going to tell you not to either. It is up to you but I definately think you need to talk to him about your feelings and explain to him that you were raped and how it made you feel. See how he reacts. Then you will know if you need to divorce him or not.
