The best place to get a defintive answer is from the municpality that installed the lights. But the answer is MAYBE a ticket will be generated dependiong on how their trigger is set. If it is et at the lane line , and when you start out from behind the intersection, then no. but if it is set by motion or eye blocking IN the intersection, then you willhave set it off.
Technically, you are not supposed to enter the intersection unless you can clear it (no blocking the intersection)
BUt, you might have a defense, in that you thought you could clear it and state why. If you get the red light tkt invalidated, they could still (theoretically tkt you for blocking thr intersection on a red light) or impedeing traffic ( whatever their traffic code states) If the blocking cost less or has less points you might want to argue that direction ;if a tkt does come in the mail.
