Have you read the fine lines within the agreement, once a person signs on as to how long they have to stay in order to step back out? Read the contract upon signing, see what it says? Your most likely gonna find worded in its funny sort of way, were once a person joins it mandates a min. of 30 days or something of the sort? I hope this helps? Good luck.

Read the fine print, that should really answer your question. If you used the service, even just one time, then more than likely you are stuck with the bill. If you feel like you really have a case, then maybe you should go through your cardholder and dispute the charge. Good luck.
