I bought a CAR FROM A DEALERSHIP and they lost their licence to sell cars. They financed my loan. Where do I make my car payment?

If they financed the loan, then you should make the loan checks out to them.

i would call them and find out what is up. otherwise they might have been bought out by another fiance company so you might have your loan checks going somewhere else.

I have paid my car loan directly to the dealer ship. They have left town. I donot know where they are, as is other people are questioning the same thing

The car dealer ship that I pay my loan directly have closed down and left hanging. I and others dont know where to pay my payments. Please help

Send a certified letter to the car dealership address. If they provided the postal service a forwarding address, when the return reciept is sent back to you, it will have the address that the letter was delivered to.

You might contact the better business buera and see what they can tell you in regards to this dealer ship. This happens alot more than you might think. The promblem here is that if you have know place to send the money,then you will not be able to get a clear title,and that is a promblem. If you do find out where these people are then you would want to pay them off and get the title,if they still have it. Also they may get in contact with you,they may try this to recover any money that they feel that they may lose,but if they do contact you beware.
