Summer Vacation

I let my daughter go to her dad's out of state for the summer. He doesn't not have court ordered visitations. The only thing that has been set in court is child support. I have full custody of our minor child. Is there anyway he could try and keep her? Legally what could I do or what would happen to him if he didn't put her back on the plane at the end of the summer and send her home? And are there any percations I can take to help insure this does not happen. Short of just not letting her go.

You might be able to file an injunction preventing him from keeping her.
