The state is claiming I owe back support
I've never meet the person in Question who is 34 yrs in age.The state is saying I owe 4100 for back support. I at no time received any court papers stating I have a child,or an order from the court a judement is granted regarding against my person.At this time I'm looking for a way in asking the court to allow the DNA performed here in Columbus,Ohio instead of Summit Co where the case is pending.What if anything I can do to have the testing moved here,because he and I live in the same city-Columbus,Oh---My next court date is Jan 8 2008. At this time I'm unemployed working a part time temp job.I don't have any funds to pay for a DNA test or anything else.e-mail asap minate2004@yahoo.com thank you very much
