Trust Fund for Children

Who could I contact to have someone investigated for enbezzling thier sons money. I have a woman that gets at least five thousand dollars a month for support of her son and she does not work. seven years ago she took money to buy a house for them to live in.. She put it in her maiden name. four years ago she purchased a home from her husband and put it in the childs name, the problem is the sons money was used to build the home and to put a pool in. Two years in a row she went to Germany on vacation without her son but she took three to four people with her paying for most of it. She is constantly taking trips and buying vehicles for other people and now she is gambling and loosing quite a bit. The son does not reek the benefits of his own money. I am not a relative so but I feel someone needs to report this, the boy is very slow and is really going to need his money to make it through life. The money was given to him because of an accident in which he was severly injured.
