Visitation problem in Rhode Island

When I divorced, my visitations were Thursday 4PM to Friday 7PM, and the following week Thursday 4PM to Sunday 5 PM. I now am working a different job. My hours are 6 PM to 6 AM, 4 days on and 4 days off. I tried to change my visitations to Monday thru Friday from 6:15 am to 9 AM. My ex-wife leaves for work at this time and my son would normally be at daycare at 6:20 AM. She originally agreed, but now is saying she won't do it. What can I do?

It is best for your ex to work with you but it sounds like she is playing hard ball with you. The only thing that you can do is file a motion with the court to modifly the orignal visitatation order and ask the judge to stipulate the days that you can see your son.
