Waiver of Service

I have received a request to sign a wiaver of service for modification of Parent Child relationship. This includes child support. I have been unable to get an appointment with a lawyer by the deadline to have them look at it. I would prefer not to have to go to court, as he lives 8 hours away. And I agree to pay the child support.

My questions is who and how is the amount to be paid calculated? Is this something that would be left up to his lawyer if I sign the waiver?

You really can't rely with any onine advice because w e can't read the document. I take it you are the mother? ( because you said "he " lives" 8 hours away) can you tell us more about wha this states?
