Wall crumbling
There is leak on the roof,and the water must be in between the bricks,the wall is crumbling,the apartment maintenance man repaired it three times,with spackle,and whenever it rains it falls down even more.They refuse to fix it correctly,I had the borough housing inspector here to look at it,they were suppose to follow up ,and never did,each time I called them,they tell me I am on the list,and someone will contact me.I am getting sick from that mold,what should I do,or whom do I contact.
