Is to report your landlord to your local building or housing agency-look under the city or county goverment listings in your phone book. As far as being able to get a portion of your security back for their lack of taking care of the repairs will not happen. If you have had to put out any money in order to fix anything that the landlord would not fix all you can do is take them to small claims court.
