You can usually be seen in walk up court, without a prior summons. You'll likely have to go to your local court house at 7 or 8 in the morning, and wait in a line. But the nice part is you will have a resolution the same day. The resolution is up to the Judge, dependent on the specifics of your case, your history and your attitude. One more thing, never show up to see a judge with a hat on.... it's disrespectful. Good Luck!
