What happens if there is not enough money in the estate to pay off all debts. State of maryland

Only real prorety is home with reverse mortgae. It doesn't look like it will sell for what is owed. what happens to debts. ie. credit card ,medical expenses ect.

Well if there is no money in the estate then you can't do much. What ever is left owing the creditor would have to take a loss.

Contact each creditor inform them of the death they will require copy of death certificate ===if it is a large debt they may file against the estate others will write it off no garantees==are you the execuator
