What happens when one party refuses to sign a final judgment?

I have been working with my ex-wife's attorney on a final judgment regarding some money we have in a trust account. She has been unwilling to sign the documents for the past 3 months. Her attorney has been unable to get in touch with her since November. and his now withdrawing as her attorney. I would like to know what I can do to finalize the judment or ask that all of the money be given to me and our two daughters of whom I have sole custody of. Do I need to file a motion and if so how do I do that?
