What is the maximum sentance for Felony Theft in Washington State?

My ex wife was nabbed for stealing from pull-tabs at the bar she worked. The state pressed charges and she was convicted of Felony Theft. She was allowed a reduced sentence because she had a small child but was supposed to pay fines and restitution. She didn't pay any of her fines or restitution and didn't go to a few court dates, had a warrant issued and got arrested yesterday. I am assuming that she took advantage of the reduced sentence that they will hit her with the full sentence now. The childs father already has joint custody and will attend the trial to inform the courts that he will take their son while she is in jail if she tries to use that route again.

Third-degree theft. The item in question is valued at less than $250. This is considered a gross misdemeanor. If convicted of a gross misdemeanor, you can be given a maximum sentence of 365 days in jail and/or a $5,000 fine. Second-degree theft. The item in question is valued at more than $250 but less than $1500. This is considered a Class C felony. If convicted of a Class C felony, you can be given a maximum sentence of 5 years in jail and/or a $10,000 fine.
First-degree theft. The item in question is valued at more than $1500. This is considered a Class B felony. If convicted of a Class B felony, you can be given a maximum sentence of 10 years in jail and/or a $20,000 fine.

Thank you. In total, in the week her employers were on vacation she stole a little over $1000 from them. I do not think it exceeded $1500, so it would be the class C. I am waiting for the courts to post/release the latest case info on their website.
