What type of attorney do I need for document forgery in SC?
My ex husband forged my name on a document that was a guarantee of payment to a company, the company has a judgment on my property now for more than $60,000 and I need to sell or refinance, I cannot do this without satisfying this judgment. I hired a document examiner who confirmed my suspicions. The documnet was witnessed by a representative of the company that holds the judgment, he never witnessed my signature because my ex husband signed my name. How do I proceed, I need to free my home from this judgment?
