Once a civil judgment is ordered, the judgment can be enforced for a period of 10 years and can be renewed. Weekends and holidays are added to the time period.
A judgement was entered awarding me fee simple title in absolute to a piece of property.
The defendant was further enjoined from ever asserting a claim against the property in the future.
Is there a 30 day waiting period after the judgement was entered and then it becomes final?
Can the defendant appeal the Judges decision? How long does the defendant have to file an appeal if he is allowed to?
