When support stops?

He's 18 years old, with a child, working, and not a full time student.he has g.e.d. classes when he goes?, my question is dont you have to be a full time student for child support to continue? also sense neither parent has court papers saying they have full custody of the child.(it's verbal between both parents) dont they both have the same rights as if they were together.

Yes and yes

if he is 18 and not FT in college, he is more then likely not going to be under child support any more. so if you are paying child support you should be able to legally stop at this point.

if you are paying and the ex wants you to pay, just tell them to take you to court and have them determine how much you should be paying.
