Disable American Veteran of Veterans of Foreign War needs assistance with s.c. codes of law to file a case on spouse breach of promise in child custody and support case after judge's ruling

I should have stated it this way, "my final hearing for the judge's signing of my divorce decree is Nov 6, 2009 at 0930, and this is my situation, ' I can get the divorce decree signed on Nov 6, 2009 or gamble and get a continuation paying further large sums of money in which I currently don't have.

My wife whom I'm divorcing was awarded custody of my 15 year old son during an emergency support hearing in family court. The judge's ruling awarded me 1 weekend per month and 3 nonconsecutive weeks during the summer, at that emergency support hearing jan 28, 2009 plus pay her exspenses.

We Mediationed Sep 26, 2009, reaching the agreement that she wanted too maintain full custody of the kid.

Oct 8, 2009 she kicked the kid out of the residence, a police report was filed, and the kid missed 3 days from school. I arrived to town where my child was residing for those 5 days on Oct 19, 2009, he's been in my unwarranted custody now for almost 3 weeks.

I would like to be awarded custody of my son with child support because she violated the judge's ruling and the mediation agreement by breach of promise.

How do I go about doing this? I can't afford another lawyer or continue with the one I paying now.
