Does my daughter qualify to get any benefits from VA if she's already getting SSI?

My ex-husband passed away several years ago, my daughter and I were both getting SSI. I recently got remarried so I'm no longer getting anything. Does my daughter qualify to get any benefits from VA?

Yes, she would qualify. You need to check to see which pays the most for her. It might pay more on SSI than the VA benefit. Most benefits are good till the age of 18 or graduated from High School. However, if your daughter attends college, the benefits would remain.
