Electrical Codes for Veterans Hospitals

Who oversees or inspects the installation of wiring for these type facilities? Also is there a code as to what is required (electrically) in the patients rooms?

VA facilities management at each hospital is responsible for all maintenance. Not only does the facility have to meet federal standards, they have to meet state, county and city standards. If you're concerned about a patient's room and its upkeep, bring your concerns to a patient advocate at the hospital. They have more juice to get things done than a doctor, nurse or administrator's rep.
