My hubsand was in the army and I need to know how do get the benifits after he died in 2008?

My hubsand and I got married in 2002 and he died in 2008 and the army still didn't add me to his payment, the more i call them the more they give me the stall how can I get this matter resolved? W.J.J.

I would contact the Social Security admin go to the top person since you have been getting the run around. What branch was he in?My ex was a soldeir. I contact the top dogs when I needed asst.
Major, Commanders, Colonel if I had to! Later for the chain of command I had to get stuff done!
