A Company charges a sevice fee to the home owner and tell the home owner that the warranty is null due to the product was taking apart by the owner?

If the owner don't pay the bill, they will charge penalty, what can the owner do?

The Company did not tell the Owner before hand that they will charge visiting fee(service fee) if the product malfunction is the owner's fault?
