Anytime you are out of compliance with your payment agreement, whether it's decided by your bankruptcy ruling or your original contract, you may have the property repossessed. However, most creditors are not looking to take possessions, as there is a considerable expense in getting them resold, and are willing to work with you to ensure that you continue paying.
I would contact the people who have the lien on your property to ensure they know that you're up to date and are not planning to evict you from your home; while they do have to give notice prior to issuing such an order, it's good to keep communication open with your lender.
