Building a 3rd world wheelchair

Who can I contact regarding the need for a cheep but good 3rd world wheel chair?. I've been doing specialty builds for years now and now I want to put my talents to work by helping others. So I've figured out a way to build all terrain wheelchair for under $200.00 I'm actually making prototypes now. I think I can get the cost down to just around a $100 if I can find the right supplier..

But who needs them?, how can I get it to people in different countries for little or no money, is there a demand for this type of humanity

Thanks for any advise you can provide me with..
