Can i be charged for theft from a department store if i wasnt charged at the time

Yes they have all the time in the world , because they didnt know, it , doesnt let you out of the crime, it dont matter how long it is , its whn they find the crime that will do you in,

Im scared i havent been charged yet but the loss prevention called me to come get my lost card is this going to be a trap for arrest

Yes it could well be that , they want you to appear to get the card , then thats saying you done it, thats an old trick that the police use, they are not really sure who you are till you appear to get the card then they will have you , and can you do without the card , i would make them come find me, they dont know what you look like do they, and if you never go there, they might just forget it, in time, theres so many things to think about , but if you dont show then they might not do any thing, because you wont make it easy for them, but then again you might want to go to a good lawyer , and then he can lead the way for you, bond you out, if it warrents this action, and just say i done it, or you can just run from it the rest of your life, but remember , dont say nothing to the police , you have the right to remain selient, dont trust them , they will try to make you say more then youve done, and really give you alot of time over some thing youve not done , thats their job, i used to be a cop , till i retireed i know the game, they would never pen this on me, id not let or ever tell them a word, then they have to prove you done it, dont prove you done it for them, if you pick up the card then they will know you done it, dont be a stupid crime person,
