You will have to get a court order , to have this done , and a lawyer to get it that done , but it can be done!

14 years wow thats a long time. Do you have a custody of the child? if you do then get it done. What is the reason for this..is it just for your own knowledge? Because you are responsible for payment weather or not you are the biological father or not. Who ever is on the birth certificate. Why wouldnt the mother want to get dna test? 14 years does the child call you dad? if you are a father go to court and tell them your sistuation. The only thing is, is that you will have pay for the test to be done.

You can have a parently test any time you want. Just get a court order then she has to abide by that order. Why did you wait so long? She will take the support as long as she can. If you are the father I would motion the court for joint custody. That way you can have a say in the childs upbringing.
