Can i get email on my tv

I don;t have a computer. Is there a way that I can send and receive e-mails on my cable TV?

My brother is diabled Vet and does not have computor but wishes to receive email from his son in Iraq as well as his children in Louisianna. He is also a Katrina viction. Is this possible that he cn send and receive emails on his cable TV

this should suit him well and it would give him email capabilities, just keep in mind not all websites are web tv compatable and some functions may be disabled but for regular surfing, email, and web searches, it should work just fine for him.
