Can I use music from ITunes on my web site?

I purchased a song I love and it would be perfect to play on my web site. Can I legally use it?

You can use Itunes but only if you have consent of whomever owns the copywrite, for more detailed information go to http://www.apple.com/legal/trademark/. There you should be able to locate the contact information to receive permission.

Basically, you can use music to download from any and everywhere you can and wish. The thing about the Federal Copyright Law is that you do not sell the copyrighted material without the owner's consent.
