Could you recommend a good all around "How to Book?"

On an impulse, I bought over 100 molds and a 25 year old Evenheat Kiln, series 800. I have read and re read the owners manual and I am a bit nervous about getting started. I need to know all about, EVERYTHING, from making the greenware to running the kiln. I was wondering if there is a good all around instruction book that I could read and re read and study before I jump in! I have very limited experiance and would like to get started at home making ceramic figures. I could also take some classes locally, I'll figure that out later, but for now I would like to study the whole process using a good all around instruction book with some pictures and lists of types of glaze and how to use them....PLEASE HELP!
