Hopefully you are keeping a log of these trangressions. One thing you can do is file to have his wages garnished so that anytime he has a job, they will automatically take it from his pay and the employer will be required to withhold payments from his wages and remit to the State agency that handles payments. Check with your Family Support/Child Support Enforcement Agency in your state.

Court does not make my son's father pay $5000.00 he owes. What can i do?
I receive child support about 2x a year, he is about $5000.00 behind. When he receives a summons to appear in court, he pays about $300.00 and then the court does not bother him for other 6 months. Yet, i am working 2 jobs to support my son
