Dispute

I filed a dispute now Im told it is being dropped cause me and the seller reached a agreement,Ive never talked to the seller.

No agreement has been reached then and the Dispute has not been settled ,pursue it till and agreement has been made , even if you have to file another dispute to dispute the agreement
