Divorce property agreement breach

Good morning,

My name is Stacey Diggs. My ex and I own a house that we bought when we were married. The divorce agreement states that if he sells, rents or gets any financial gain from the home, I am due a certain percentage of it. He is now renting the home and refuses to give me my share. This has been going on for over 2 years now. Can you please tell me what my options are in this case?

Thank you.

You can always go to the court and file that he is in contempt of the divorce agreement. Your county clerk can help you get the correct forms. It may cost a little to file and go to court, but if it's a substantial amount, it won't take long to break even.
