Unless it has been destroyed, or is only able to be wired to solely 240, the schematic should be on the label of the motor.

If it is not on the motor itself, and the leads/blades in the peckerhead are not clearly marked Line 1 or 2, you will need to measure resistance across the leads to meg out the windings.

This is a single speed motor?
