Does any one have a duty to report domestic violence on adult, not elderly or disabled?

Yes we as americans all have a duty to support our people. in crime . and abuse. any kind any time any where. and if its known that you knew this and didnt report this. you can be found guilty as a matter after the fact. so please report this now.
