How is your current relationship going? Are you happy with it? Is it rocky right now? A dreams often times play out like fantasies. Just because I have a dream about hooking up with someone else doesn't mean I want to leave my significant other. It could be just a fantasy.
Or if your relationship is on the rocks, or in a rut maybe its just a symbol that you want to have something more exciting.
Take some time to do some thinking and find out what you want. If you address all areas maybe you will stop having the dreams.

You should not obsess over dreams. There is absolutely no credible scientific evidence o prove dreams have any meaning at all. Your dreams could be caused by something you ate (no pun intended); stress at work; stress in your personal relationships; mid-life crisis; sexual frustration; or any other number of memories, circumstances or events. The dreams you are experiencing could even be the spillover from some stranger's dream. The man-dream will probably go away when you stop thinking about it so much while you're awake. In the meantime, enjoy the dream!
Maybe its one of your fears...that u will one day meet a man who u trully want to be with and u won't want to hurt the woman ur with. lets face it...if you liked men before, why wouldn't it happen again? there are some things women can't do and maybe subconsciously you know that, but don't want to admit it. it doesnt' mean you can't go on w/your relationship, but maybe you should take a deep hard look at it. do you miss the way men made you feel or was it simply something to please you asthectically? i study dreams(independent study) and if you are willing, i would love to talk to you one on one via e-mail and see if i could help you further. i strongly believe that dreams are one's subconcious mind trying to tell them something, but its not always black and white. certain things have certain meanings. a dog trying to bite you may not neccessarily mean you are afraid of dogs...it may mean you're afraid to have a fight with your boss or significant other...
wish you the best of luck with this
