Employee rights on drug testing
Recently got tested at work on a random drug test. have to stay home until test resluts come back . not worried about passing drug test if its mine they test myself i don't do drugs but had other co-workers get fired said there test came back positive that claim they where drug frr. my question is this is there a time frame the urine sample is good for testing also is there a time frame the company has to do the test and show the reslults and most important how can i be sure this was my sample they tested
