Visitation is available through a parenting agreement set up throught the courts. The process is easier if both parties are in agreement on visitation. You can even do it without a lawyer...just get the packet from the online website, fill it out(you need to know the address of the mother) and call the courts to see the cost for filing. Usually the Circuit Clerks Office will have this information as well as the packets. You will have to file in the county the child resides. The sticky part will be child support. Each state has a maximum percentage allowed to be deducted from your pay. For example, my sons father made about $9 an hour and worked about 40 hrs when child support was first established. He only pays me 271.00 a month.
Hope this helps.
