You have to have proof of all income, assets, bank accounts, property owned, vehical registrations (I think), birth certificats for everyone in your house, all bills such as gas, electric, water, phone, Sewer, trash, landlord statement (if you rent, the case worker will give you a form to have your landlord fillout). They ask you for job information, residency, they ask ages and grades of your children, etc. That is all that I can remember. I hope that I helped you prepare.
