Have an 06 F650 with dual tanks and the transfer pump is inop. is there a module and where?

I have checked both sending units and the fuses/relays. it has a 5pin connector and don't have a wiring schematic. have already changed pump since there is voltage to one of the wires

I did get a trouble shooting guide from ford and found there is an additional power wire that connects to one of side terminals of alternator to the 5pin connector. In my case the alt. was changed recently and that wire not re-connected.
